Chestnut Street

Driving past this historic plumbing and heating building on Chestnut Street I have noticed its historic qualities and unique people that wait for the bus by this building. I created this screen print to acknowledge this old building and its beauty that we are slowly loosing by the destruction of old architecture with the replacement the new and more modern buildings.

Crowded

The bustling of people moving and searching for the needed kitchen supplies and decor items. There were so many interesting faces in the crowd that will stay embedded in my memories forever.

Bound

While creating the rough scratchings in the plexiglass to create this print. I felt the anger and urge to separate myself and acknowledge the other half of me. The other half felt tied up unable to free itself from the realities of the would and responsibilities. This other half is the part of the soul that dreams and dives into the unknown hoping for adventure and discovery.
